All Mat Classes are drop-in. No need to sign up.

All Private Sessions require a 24 hour cancellation.

All group Equipment Classes require a 12 hour cancellation.

Basic/ Intermediate Pilates Mat Class - Beginner Level Class focused on the Principles of Pilates including alignment, breath, and core strengthening. A great place to start!

 

Intermediate/Advanced Level Mat - A class for those with previous class experience. This class uses bands, balls and an circles to enhance the Pilates workout.

 

On the Ball Pilates - Intermediate class utilizing stability balls adding an extra dimension to pilates mat. A fun class which challenges core stabilization and balance work. Challenging and fun!

Circuit Training-  Three instructors and three stations: tower, chair and ball.  Class runs for one hour and fifteen minutes.  Start with a mat warm up and move on to the equipment. This class is a great way to expereince all of the pilates equipment.  Classes only have nine spots, so be sure to reserve a spot in advance! 

Tower Class - A small group equipment class using the apparatus from the cadillac. The springs and bars assist to help increase mobility or resist to gain strength. Your core will thank you!  Only 3-4 clients per class! Please note this class is sign up only.

Reformer Class - This equipment class emphasizes movements which increase strength, flexibility and stamina while also improving alignment, balance, coordination and tone.

Reformer/Jumpboard - A Reformer class that uses a padded plate instead of the footbar for a fun way to incorporate cardiovascular exercise into the typical reformer routine.  Clients wll be "jumping" in a lying down position using the springs a resistance rather than gravity.

Prenatal Pilates - A Pilates Mat class with gentle flowing movements that improve stability and mobility while strengthening core, arms, and leg muscles. This class will promote body awareness and alignment for pre and post wellness.

TRX Plus Core - Challenging, invigorating workout combining TRX suspension, stabilitly ball and Pilates mat.  This is a 45 minute sign-up class using mat package pricing.
10 classes for $170.  ONLY 3-5 students per class!
