Black Rock Pilates Studio offers a relaxing, environment to receive individual attention, maximizing the benefits of your workout. Instead of following a predetermined sequence of exercises, BRP teachers individualize each session to the needs and goals of the client. Pilates is intelligent exercise, creating increased stability through the core while increasing mobility through the entire body. All ages and fitness levels benefit from this approach.
Private Sessions and Group classes are offered. Popular classes include Physioball and Pilates on the Beach (Summer only!) Black Rock Pilates' Team of skilled and certified teachers can help you make your body a place you want to live!
