Megan Zwerlein - "After spending 12 years in Colorado in search of something bigger, I found a great love of the outdoors and an eagerness to connect with nature. I have recently moved back to New England, my roots, but hold the lessons I learned in Boulder close to my heart: to live a more wholistic life. On my quest I also found a need to have gratitude in my work. This led me to The Boulder College of Massage Therapy where I graduated with honors in 2000.
In the eleven years I have been practicing Massage Therapy I have learned to view each client as an individual, listen not only to what concerns they speak of, but also what their bodies tell me. It is with great pleasure that I bring my services to the table and am grateful to provide a quiet, nurturing space for deep relaxation, and a break from stressful lives. I believe that when people take the time for themselves with Massage Therapy they feel more grounded and therefore more prepared to handle all that our busy lives bring us and thus better suited to have an enriched and more fulfilling life. I invite you to join me in experiencing all the wonders that Massage Therapy has to offer. I currently live in Fairfield with my 6 year old Daughter where we can be found playing at the beach or hiking through the trails around Lake Mohegan."

Cody Smolik - Rolfing, or Structural Integration
Rolfing or Structural Integration, is a systemized form of soft tissue manipulation and movement education, which has the ability to dramatically change your posture and structure. It aims to align and balance all the components of your body by addressing the soft tissue, known as the fascia, within the context of how your body relates to gravity.
‘The Basic Ten Series’ consists of ten sessions, each one building on the last. The Rolfing series is beneficial to anyone who has a history of injury, and therefore has experienced patterns of compensation in the body. As the structural integration work creates lasting improvements, and can teach you new ways of moving, it is a particularly sought out modality for people with repetitive strain, and reoccurring minor injuries.
To make an appointment call: 917-544-4412 or 203-345-7573. I can work with specific issues or introduce you to the series that Structural Integration has to offer.
