Join Jayne Miller on Wednesdays from 6:00-6:45PM for an equipment class featuring the Reformer, Tower and/or Wunda Chair. For those looking to join equipment classes or to simply expand their practice, this is a great class.

All levels are welcome.

HARD CORE WEDNESDAYS


Join us Wednesdays at 10:45AM for TRX (a 45-minute strength training class) and then at 11:30AM for Reformer Jumpboard

(30 minutes of cardio on the Reformer)
